A complete budget is prepared and submitted beforehand for your approval. It will include cost estimates for everything involved in the project. CCS carefully monitors all costs and immediately advises you of any budget revision that may be indicated because of program changes. A full and final accounting wraps up your program. It will include a breakdown of all costs and supporting data so that you are assured you have received full value for dollars invested.
